  Kay came to see us a week ago. We were at our wits end with our 14month old EBT. He pulls on the lead, screams and barks when in his crate, demands food, and simply never settles unless made to go in his crate. Kay gave us some tips and tricks, tried a couple of things with him, and a week later...... We have a different dog! He settles in his crate, is learning door manners and no longer pulls like a steam train on his lead. We're not there yet, but the difference in just 1 week is amazing. Going for a walk is a pleasure instead of an ordeal, and we no longer have a wrestling match to get out of the door. I am so grateful for Kay's input and help.
